So Yvette and I were talking about organization goals -- as in being organized, we spend plenty of time talking about the goals of the organization -- and she mentioned a PowerPoint presentation Scot Johnson, SVP of HOD, provides on just that topic.

According to the presentation, approximately 80 percent of projects are "unsuccessful in terms of missed deadlines and/or budget." We can do better than that! Maybe this will help...
